wow!! i had learnt something new again!! It is that LB agar is the "food" of the E.coli... I wanna share with you as it is always good to learnt something new.....and after reading this, perhaps you will gain some knowledge..

What I have i learnt?

I had almost no difficulty in doing anything in de science DNA and so had nothing much to solve.I learnt more about gel electrophoresis.I also learnt more about the fingerprinting analysis and the PGLO thingy. I also found that the process during the gel electrophoresis is interesting and i also found that treating the gel is very the very the very the very the interesting. barhh...nth to post so anihoww rite liaow..

Gel Electophoresis

1) Load your DNA sample into the agarose gel.
2) The gel was allowed to run for 30-45 minutes.
3) The movement of the DNA sample was observed.
4) When the DNA samples were well separated, the power supply was switched off.
5) The gel profile was analyzed and the culprit was determined.
