1) Load your DNA sample into the agarose gel.
2) The gel was allowed to run for 30-45 minutes.
3) The movement of the DNA sample was observed.
4) When the DNA samples were well separated, the power supply was switched off.
5) The gel profile was analyzed and the culprit was determined.
